Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), Master of Commerce (M.Com)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and other business channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and service offerings.
  • Lead end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Collaborate with technical, project, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
  • Attend virtual meetings, networking events, and client discussions when required.
  • Mentor and guide junior business development executives and contribute to team growth.

Skill Required:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Sales/Business Development.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, AI/ML Solutions, Cloud Services, SaaS, and Digital Transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.
