After the confirmation of a project’s payment and the commencement of work, cancellation is strictly prohibited. All payments made towards a project are final and will not be returned, as those payments cover the planning, development and operational costs of the project.

In exceptional scenarios in which a project is canceled by Alphawizz, any refunds that may apply shall be made at our sole discretion. This policy supports our dedication towards commitment and smooth execution of defined services to the clients without leakage of resources. We recommend clients to scrutinize every element of the project before taking a step towards payment.
